Julieta Eugenio hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she studied piano and saxophone. Upon moving to New York City, she completed a Master’s degree in Jazz Performance from Queens College. She is fluent in the classical tradition, as well as jazz and Argentinian tango. In 2017 she won the International Women in Jazz Competition, and now spends her time gigging and teaching in New York City. Julieta teaches piano to beginners and experienced pianists. She teaches classical and jazz piano as well as saxophone, and offers music lessons to adults and children.
